30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all ProView products, including our lifetime license software packages. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. This guarantee reflects our confidence in the value and performance of our solutions and our dedication to your success.

Refund Eligibility and Process

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must contact our support team at support@proviewdisplays.com to discuss any issues you are experiencing. We prioritize resolving problems and will work diligently to address your concerns, including providing technical assistance, updates, or alternative solutions.
• If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction after reasonable efforts, you may proceed with a refund request.
• All products, including any hardware (e.g., Fire Sticks or other devices if bundled), must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product).
• Upon requesting a refund, you must immediately cease all use of our software, products, and services. This includes uninstalling the software from all devices and deleting any copies or backups.
• Licenses must not be shared, transferred, or used beyond the terms of your purchase agreement. Any violation of license terms may void your eligibility for a refund.

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment (e.g., PayPal, credit card, check) and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

• Digital downloads or licenses activated more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
• Products that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of misuse.
